The dude's wearing Full Usukane + BB which means 25% Haste without sacrificing acc/atk (though I gotta say giving up Byakko's Haidate for the set bonus is a smidge painful. That pain is easily soothed however by the sheer awesomeness of Usukane's appearance. Kitty pants look like ass > _< )

Hard to say. If he is fully merited (as I assume he is) and has focus up, his accuracy is around 420. That's 12-13 over what he needs at colibris to be capped (using no food and no songs.)

If he was using marinara pizza (the new one), he would be at 460+ acc with focus (430 without.) I seriously think that is a fine amount.

he has more than enough acc. i parse 94-95% saving focus for thf mobs at jade wearing almost identical gear to him. He can wear a Raja's and still hit that mark. (assuming he's eating pizza of course)

edit: nvm, he got a rajas on that pic, but i still stand by statement, as long as hes eating a pizza. Only difference w/me is i NOW use a rajas and toreadors, and idk if he has an etheral/hollow/bushi etc but i use a merman's. That food will literally make or break you at camps like Jade. I think he would be fine at camps like birds as well, spamming meat mithkabobs, but it depends on his other buffs. In those cases, i would wear 2 acc rings instead.

Assuming 1 BRD with no Madrigal on birds I'm pretty sure he's looking at 80%(ish) acc when Focus is down. I wasn't taking food into account since it doesn't last very long at birds(especially when you're tanking 90% of the time). Maybe he always merits with 2x BRD though. Was just trying to point out that there's still(always) room for improvement.

You're picking nits here is all.

And his accuracy, assuming he did not change gear when focus was down (which isn't even a given), would be around 91% (88% when off and 95% when on.) That's based upon what I see on him (420 acc and pretty accepted results that 405 acc is a 95% rate at the birds camp.)

Hollow > ethereal on mnk when acc not capped, and I'm not sure how rabbit pie is his best food. I have more acc than he does, even with full usu(with -3% haste +some attack -some str) in my current build, and my acc isn't satisfactory at mamools w/o madrigal or pizza.
