    and no, when you dual-wield a mythic or relic the offhanded weapon (as of the Dec update, fuck you SE for that) loses everything but the DMG and Delay. That was one seriously epic dick move IMO to the 1~5% of players who can even do that to begin with.


    As for Liberator, idk. In a zerg scenario you'll likely already have the 300 TP b4 you zerg whatever it is you're gonna kill so maybe. But Apoc still gets that beefy 10 equipment haste freeing up your gear selection somewhat on top of draining HP when you do Catastrophe. From what I hear the "Super Crit" vary form person to person; some say it almost never happens, but then I hear tales of RNG landing 6k Barrage on Dynalord so... wtf? Either someone is lieing or luck has an even more perverse role in FFXI than I thought.

    It's possible that Kogarasumaru's 'Enhances "Third Eye" Ability' will allow it to anticipate magic damage, kind of like Cover and Gallant Coronet.

    They don't want a players skill to get exceedingly high. Besides, 20 skill would be way too much

    That would bring a MNK with max H2H merits and Faith Torque (299 H2H skill) to the upper tier, but how big would the accuracy and attack enhancement be ? It could be a good idea indeed.

    20 H2H Skill would raise max skill PUP by 2 tiers (3 with /MNK & Cestus Belt) and max skill MNK by 3.

    If you're trying to allude to the DMG bonus from skill, that's what we've been talking about when it comes to tiers, but if you're trying to glibly say you knew that all along, what the fuck are you talking about?

    The h2h tiers are for base DMG.

    I keep thinking the solution to this is two fold (at least regarding relics and mythics that damage deal primarily):

    1) raise relic damage by 10% (whether via weapons skills, accuracy, attack, base damage, delay)

    2) raise mythic damage above all non relic weapons (i.e., in the gap between relics and non relics)

    3) make sure each mythic has a non damage attribute (e.g., dodge, third eye, +enmity) that together with the damage makes it 'better' overall than a relic

    This to me is viable and reasonable and hardly game breaking.

    Just my two cents.

    I figured that. I'm trying to figure out why the ninja guy is upgrading if stats dont work in the off hand.

    A) I started long ago and came too far to stop

    B) Last 2 Version Updates didn´t quite flow over with endgamecontent. Gives me something to do and aim for. I´d prolly /wrist of boredom for the lack of things to do otherwise

    C) I like unique toys. I like shiny toys.

    D) Nagi is +10 enmity and you can wear a cheapo weapon on offhand for +2 enmity. +12 enmity in your weapon slot alone is awesome.

    E) I do it because I can. Hardest BS quest ever created and I want to complete it.

    F) I´m curious what the Enhance Mijin does. Might just up damage or save you some HP left similar to RDM convert.

    G) I wanna stand around WG with relic and mythic equipped. Would be a lie if I declined that.

    H) I wanna kick Balrahns ass and make a movie out of it.

    I) I´m a Salvage whore. Salvage gives Alex - awesome deal. It´s my fav event in this game by far. I enjoy it. I also loved Time Attack Challenge Mode in PSO. Awesome times.

    J) I´m actually upgrading something instead of just talking about it like other people
