If only it was a weapon who's effect was ambiguous(with potential hidden within said ambiguity, that is; I doubt anyone is on the fence about Liberator until the absorb augmentation is documented) enough to be the determining factor in whether or not it had any purpose whatsoever. Regardless, you're right.

The Info on the Mythic Great Katana that I was given within hours of him receiving it was that all he found out so far was you get a very low counter rate with third eye up and he was very upset and disappointed. I think he was pissed off enough he didn't wanna test anymore and I haven't spoke to him or his leader last couple days as we've both been busy with other things.
