Nice PUP gear, assuming OAT procs per round also. With 20+ delay reduction it's the best pup weapon, anything less is worse than Shenlong. I always thought the enhance martial arts would be delay reduction w/o tp reduction, can't wait for results.

dont expect to hear much from him, hes jp, and usually never says anytihng like ever, even if u /t him :/ He was also first guy to complete a relic(i think? feel free to correct) on rag, one of the first few to do mythic on rag, i think some others have mythics, i may be wrong tho, i cant remember names to be sure, lots of ppl doing blu mythic on rag that are close i belive
