Some things I seen from the previews...Sarah, wonder how she'll be reintroduced? Sucri is out? They better break Sucri out and not have some lame ass plot where he's released. I like the idea of revenge. Been waiting on it for 2 seasons.

Sucre and Bellick both are out of Sona somehow. Those guys aren't smart enough to plot an escape, so it will likely be some kind of plot line with them being released.

If you watch Season 3 over, you see that they give you hints that Sarah was never killed.

Can someone refresh me, I don't remember anything about Sarah's body, all I recall is Lincoln seeing the head. What was the deal with the body?

We never saw the body, and LJ said he closed his eyes when Gretchen was supposedly cutting her head off.

It was also never elaborated on with what happened to the box with the head. We simply saw Linc briefly open the box then immediately close it with disgust, then it was never shown again.

I lost Interest in the show when Sarah "died", and didn't really catch up to it until Fox started showing the season 2 Encore. I think the writers realized they could potentially lose a lot of viewers if they killed Sarah off, so they made these loopholes if ratings fell as a way to introduce her again and reclaim ratings.

Btw, whatever happened to that black dude with the sick daughter? Did he die or just return back to his normal life?
