Awesome bigger versions. Still want to know what armor Shantotto has in that screenshot with the huge fire blast.

I don't know if all of you noticed this (and just for the lulz)

Good eyes.
I noticed it. I just assumed it was something they throw on most the games. Like when movie trailers say "only in theaters".
are PSP region locked?
Gametrailers.com - Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Cloud Vs. Sephiroth
cloud vs sephiroth gameplay video....can't wait till it's out![]()
I'm not a cloudxsephy fanboy... but damn, that's a sweet fighting system.
Nice Alexander, not game breaking; although it shows an interesting summon system they applied... kinda reminds me of ff6 where summons were either offfensive/deffensive/support.
And I really enjoyed the way they pulled off Super Nova (?) for Sephy...
Wow. Epic.
The Windurst questline in WotG is worth going through for Robel-Akbel alone.
In the high rez version of the SS with shantotto, you can see the FF11 menu behind it including the elemental colour/eye symbol near each magic spell.
Awesome!
In that same picture with the menu, the Japanese at the top of the screen says "Magic Burst!" And, the picture above...is that Stone III I see?
Awesome indeed... and they all be AM1 spells in the second one (EX Mode?)
I can clearly read:
First one (vs Zidane) is (titleblocked)nga -> Stonega (pronounced Ston-ga?)(headblocked)eiku -> Quake
(headblocked)runedo -> Tornado
(headblocked)riizu -> Freeze
(red eye) Furea -> Flare
(blue eye) Furado -> Flood
(headblocked)Baasuto -> Burst
Second one (vs Garland?) is "Majikku Baasuto" -> Magic Burst.... and I think it's Flare ^_^;
Wait, so the JP names of the AMs are just the spell names in Engrish?
Awesome.
Yeah, Japan loves to borrow words man
Many, many, many japanese spells and abilities in FFXI are simply engrish. There's aguressa, rasuto rizoto, souru boisu, and supa janpu for abilities. There's the WS Insajenshi. My favorite is the blue magic Rigajiteshon.
Remember: This game is developed concurrently in English and Japanese. They are both the primary language of FFXI.
