It's pretty much what we were told by GMs time and again. If a mob goes unclaimed then it's fair game. I'm not saying what he did wasn't a dickish move and I certainly wouldn't do it myself seeing as I could have ganked Cassie from a few legit shells that let the shit go unclaimed not once but three times.

GMs will do nothing about people crying over losing claim to a mob. If you want to keep a mob, don't let it go unclaimed.

Look at my post. I'm not defending his actions, I even said I'm not praising the guy for doing it but when mobs go unclaim, don't expect people to not cast on it. That's being naive.

This isn't a case of my-bot-versus-your-bot where all morality goes out the window from the get-go. This is a popped NM that one(generally) puts quite a bit of effort into making appear. I could really care less what Square has to say about what's fair and what isn't, "Yellow is fair game" is completely subjective. Have some damn humility.
