I can't fathom that your linkshell is full of so many sociopaths. As such, they know the consequences of trying to defend anti-social behavior.

You'd be surprised at how many linkshells there are of people who are collectively sociopaths, though perhaps you shouldn't. Isn't there usually at least one or two linkshells full of loser e-thugs on every server?

People who run around stomping on other people always tend to gather together for a few reasons be it in game or out. One is to share like-minded ideals and that overall feeling of belonging. Another is to have an easy place to hide when society lashes back at you. Though on the internet there's always the back door of logging off/shutting down. Do something like this in real life to the wrong person and you could seriously pay for it. Internet thuggery exists for cowards who don't have to face real consequences~

It's already been said but apparently it needs said again. You do care what other people think of your linkshell. Here's another situation: We're competing for temperance pop, and have someone solo in the SE tower. It pops there, and that other LS is there. The guy who popped it dies, and the other LS grabs it because it is yellow and deaggroed! Are they just supposed to sit there while he RR and sacs to keep it up and wait for us to arrive? No, that's stupid and I wouldn't expect anyone to do that.

The situation is the same here. It was yellow and deaggored. If you die on Ix'aern, you're doing it wrong (except maybe Ix'mnk solo)! If you have competition at Ix'drg and abuse the zone to kill it, that is also another story. I've watched a yellow Ix'drk running around before, but people were kiting it by the central elevator and BLMs were nuke/zoning. We didn't take that because they weren't dead. If they had been dead, we would have taken it. You die, you lose your chance, someone else's turn, assuming you weren't MPK'd.

If he's willing to eat that many raises, I say more power to him. And it's a well known strategy to die and lose the adds you get bringing DRK to whichever kite area of your choosing. Taking it at that point is just douche-baggery.
