Obviously, the update isn't here yet, but there are a couple of trends here. First is that in this Sept Update, SE has gone longer than usual between updates. Going longer than seven days between updates was very rare in previous updates, but so far in this cycle, it has happened twice. Having said that, there are still yet several topics that SE has not covered yet.
Job Adjustments, including the oft-rumored new avatars for SMN or new updates for DRG or the unreleased En-spells for RDM.
Miscellaneous system updates
New endgame event (They like to wait till the last update before getting those out).
Also, I think I remember reading this from the premiere summit, but they mentioned a system that will "allow mages and melee to work together". Or something like that
My guess is that SE will throw out at least three more topics before the update notice. Two of those topics will be next week, and the third the week after followed by the version update two days after.
At least that's what my magic 8-ball says. But it also says to ask again next week.
Vault actually had a lot of the original JP and NA game mechanics testing just after NA release. Probably the first serious NA FFXI Forum.
Died with the huge popularity of Allah (ie competing to be the dumbest poster)
The hard-working team over at FFVault has been burning the midnight oil to completely re-launch the site with updated features, new staff, and loads of new content. Be sure to head over and find us another controller chip.
We estimate we have four to five months before the vault runs out of water. We need that chip!Spoiler: show
How many other Websites get a promo from SE ?
