It was alright, but alot of the sites that had reviewed it rated it through the roof. Was a turn off when I actually played it.

The whole running in circles thing reminds me of Mega Man Legends and Kingdom Hearts, really, and to an extent the videos hint at the same. I guess there's not too much an alternative in waiting for an opening to strike depending on how well defense mechanisms are in place to begin with and aside from waiting in ambush, I always figured ninjas would constantly be on the move. Oh well, something to keep an eye on.

I'm so buying this, I played the demo and it felt like a strong fighting Naruto game. Not like other games that they just rape off series and movies, this is a solid game.

I normally hate these types of games (because the teams making them tend to be horrible at designing them), but this game looks really impressive and the demo on PSN played a lot better than I thought it would. It feels weird to say it, but damn I'm actually looking forward to a naruto game.

Quick question in case I missed it: Are the Japanese voice actors in the game the same as the anime/movies?

game looks fucking badass. however the voices are stupid. had it been a JP game woulda been all over it.

Yeah. In cases of most anime games (especially Shounen), they use the same VAs.

I will have to show this to my friend and make him buy it because he likes Naruto and I'm sure he's going to want this game if he doesn't already. Not sure because I haven't talked to him about it.
