While some parents and community activists were outraged by the actions of Greg Howard, Jackson County NAACP officials want to gather more facts before the group considers taking action. But some parents feel Howard should be fired.

Larry Moore, deputy superintendent for the Jackson County School District, said school officials determined Howard wrote an acronym with an explanation on a dry-erase board in his class Sept. 26 at Marianna Middle School.

That gook video is pretty informative, definitely going to send that to my mom who has really got me worried about how her vote is going.

My mom is really set on voting for McCain it seems and I have no idea why, it might just be a defense mechanism set up because she is black and she doesn't like the idea of people immediately assuming she's voting for him because his skin is dark. It's funny but it really isn't that far off, you'd be surprised how much colorism affects people's choices. I hope she's really just putting on a show but understands that McCain should not be in the office no matter what.

Palin doesn't think they should give up in Michigan, and apparently didn't know that they had until she read it in the newspaper on Friday. We still don't know which newspaper, but apparently only the "Washington elite" and "media elite" know what newspapers they read, so that's excusable.
