I don't think listing the specifics would have resonated with people as well as the broad and rather untrue generality, "He'll raise your taxes!" A lot of people either aren't affected by or don't understand the taxes you listed that he is likely to raise. Do you think the average American would be appalled to hear that "He'll even raise corporate taxes!"? In this age of hatred for wall street and CEOs, I don't think it would have been a smart thing to say.
