If we could stop spreading democracy overseas, we will have enough money to not only make college education universal but also fix all the problems associated with healthcare, education, and social security. We are also spending on defense way more than everyone else, as if WW3 is about to break out. We can easily contain defense spending to fund education. It's a no brainer to me.
