GMs cracking down on crowding on other servers?

basically when we clicked that new shiny scary-looking OK Button on the ToS after the "dreaded update" (!)... we lost most of our complaining rights to GM and basically have to go on a whim if they change the playing field, or risk bannination (read: termination) of our account at any given time of Square Enix and any one of its Game Masters.

i took one of those nifty quotes and put in our cute lingo in it.

Edit: At the very least, beastmasters and summoners have nothing to worry about :D

The linkshell that claimed is notorious for taking almost the full hour on Fafnir/Nidhogg. They had 3 Paladins on it, one of which was wearing a Haubergeon.

I'd like to seriously see you survive a flail on RDM/BLM when they're fighting the thing in the middle of the pit, which coincidentally killed one of their SAMs and THFs repeatedly because he couldn't get out of range of wing. Call it karma or natural selection if you will, but it's infuriating to see this linkshell, which has been around for years, claim Fafnir and take an hour to gimp it to death all on top of this bullshit GM call.

it's ok to crowd other linkshells when they're fighting but god forbid they crowd your linkshell right. just face it, the only reason people are crowding is to steal/grab the hnm when it turns yellow and/or the ls fighting it wipes.

Once you see 150+ in Dragon's Aery and you've actually witnessed the amount of lag, and not by looking at your boyfriend's screen but your own, come back and tell me you would play like that every day. Try fighting Nidhogg with 100 plus people sitting on top of you,using spike spells to lag you out, then feel free to add your input. Normally I agree with your posts Aksannyi but your lack of actual experience in this topic has rendered your opinion, on this subject, worthless.

CoughCoughps2limitationsCough. Seriously only way I can see shit in there is going into first person view. The lag definitely effects me and what shows up on my screen. It's very possible for me to get one shotted by the flame breath move before Niddy even loads up. From the time we claim, it usually takes me about 45 seconds to a minute before Fafhogg will show up on my screen and that's just with regular DA lag. And that's before all the idiots decide to stand right on top of the claiming linkshell.

I wouldn't like it, but I would do it. For a Ridill and N legs I'll fight in 30° weather naked. Lag is just a part of FFXI.
