Help me decide between these relic weapons

I'll never get the love for Mandau. If I'm going to spend many, many millions of gil on a weapon, it's not going to be one that makes me a good DD who also helps with drops and hate issues, it's going to be a 2H weapon or a ranged weapon that makes me an overwhelming DD force. Sure, Mandau adds the same utility to the party/alliance, but it just doesn't seem like it would provide the same kind of ego massage.

Have you never seen my ego?

My advice to OP: Choose what you play most. Do you spend most of your time online at HNM's? Get a "big" weapon. Ranged/2h for HNM usage. If you spend more of your time in "small" stuff like Salvage, Assaults, etc. I'd recommend going with Mandau. Being able to put out DMG on par with almost anyone while being the best mitigating job in the game is exceptional for low-man work. Salvage was exceptionally fun since half the zones there aren't even drop rates so no QQing over not having TK on all the time, same with Assault.

I've done a lot of Salvage with Rhaegal and his Kikoku, and he rocks. He consistently outparses other (non-relic) DDs by a significant margin, even starting from when everyone is fully geared.

Salvage is not a good place to activate your parser

As for relic suggestion. I suggest wait till they mention adjustment to Dynamis Relic, or just wait 1-2 weeks from now to see what Mythic weapons could offer. Maybe they are not that hard to obtain after the quest adjustment.

Bow
+ Seems to be a pretty kickass piece. Two of my friends have this and they love them.
+ My LS uses RNG heavily for DD on all sorts of things such as Dynamis Lord, Ixion, KV, the list goes on and on. It would get lots of use.
+ I've always wanted to play RNG and having this would probably allow me to play it a whole lot.
- My RNG isn't 75. It could be with a week or two's effort but as of now it isn't.
- RNG not being 75 means I have no end game RNG gear. I guess it might be kind of silly to have the relic and none of the other good stuff i.e. AF2, etx.

It seems to me that you're leaning more towards bow than anything else and really the only thing holding you back is endgame gear. Being that rng isn't really very pricey to gear well, I'd go with bow
