[ATTN: RtU] Warning to anyone thinking of coming to Cerberus

Hello people, long time reader, first time poster. Just kinda sickens me that the following crap happened to force me to register to post a "lolEdrama" thread and warn others in case they think about Cerberus as a server to come to.

First off, a little about me (for those that care). I started the game on Kujata as some of you might know, and after a few years, when the server transfers opened up, a friend of mine (Sevv) convinced me to join him on Cerberus after he had been there a while. Since Kujata was getting a bit stale, I agreed, and joined him there. Well, fast forward to the past few months. I had been in Armada for a while, doing what I could, but the situation I was in wasn't getting me anywhere.

Y'see, I happen to be in the service, and I'm stationed in Japan, so my work hours put me at a severe disadvantage to be capable of playing during NA prime time. Having dealt with this on my own, and not finding any solution that was viable, I decided to bid Armada farewell (i.e. on good terms) in search of a LS I could join to play with. After scouting out several possibilities (WhirlingWind, Progeny, TeleTubbies, etc), I came to the conclusion that RtU was the most likely canidate to be worth talking to about joining. After speaking with several of their members and sackholders, it seemed like a good fit. There were a good number of both English and Japanese speaking players, they played mainly during JP prime (my play time), and they were generally friendly and easy going. After a long weekend of generally good times with Armada, I knew it couldn't last much longer the way things were, so after having spoken with Cemalautine (one of the leads), I agreed to join up with RtU. I said my goodbyes, and swapped pearls.

Well, things went swimmingly after that. RtU already had some things in the works, to which I attended and put forth my effort to show I'm not all talk and no action. Later that night, KB pops, RtU claims, I have fun tossing Cannonballs at him, he dies no muss no fuss, some drops dropped, some people got said drops, all Fun Times. Afterwords, someone in the LS (Dominus) requests some help to do a Sacrarium run, I again offer my help, mule gear, etc, to come to hear we'll wait until after the update to do it. I'm down with that. I log right there. It's late, I need sleep for work tomorrow, etc.

Lilith, I don't know what main areas of end game you are looking for, but since you need that JP time slot, I recommend talking to Dontming. He runs a sky/limbus LS called DeLayNoMore that I was in when I needed to do the JP Time thing a few months. He also knows a few dynamis shells that he can help you with. Really good guy and has plenty of JP/non-JP players.

Errrm ok to make this clear and to start from the beginning:

I got b.tongue yesterday (the day when Lili joined RTU). Today I log on and wanted to tell Sera that I´m now 2/3 BB items.
So I sent him a /tell saying: "Yo!" He immediately replies: "grats on b.tongue"
I was like: Wtf how do u know I got b.tongue? He said he has a spy in RTU and even fought
KB with us....I didnt believe him cus he likes to fuck around so I told him I dont buy that.
But: he knew what I said when we got claim on KB, he knew which person lotted which item, and even who lost lots on which items.
So I figured that he might indeed have a spy in RTU since shit like that is nothing out of the ordinary.
I decided to send a /tell to one of our sacks saying that a Progeny friend of mine told me he
had a spy in RTU and that he was able to tell me details bout claim, drops and persons who
lotted.
I also stated that I cant say WHO is the spy but that we should look out for it.
I then get the response that 17/18 alliance members were long time members from RTU and
wouldnt pass out any details of fight/claim/drops or shit like that.
Since Lilith just joined a few hours before we claimed KB our sack (and me for some part)
suspected that the spy MIGHT be Lili.
So Lili ended up gettin the boot cus sacks dont wanna risk a snake in the grass, which in my opinion is perfectly understandable.

If u aint the spy Lili sry but shit happens.

You are right about me fucking around. But come on man, you know way better than that. I could ask you what dropped yesterday too if I didn't know before you sent me tell. Would you consider your self a lolspy. Seriously, RTU leader did something stupid and I've gotten already a lot of tells people saying they wanna desack zkl/remove him from ls his own actions without asking main leader, which is guz right? Now lets see; zkl also said he would investigate right? He kicked lilith without doing it. THEN guz said he did invistigate, which he didn't. So its like guz is just tag teaming up with zkl and just a stupid.

Oh...and BTW...if there is a "spy" in RTU, it's been a lot longer than this Lilith person has been around. We always know who got what/what dropped as soon as it happens also. And it's been that way even since Cato was running the show.

I always thought it was common knowledge that if another individual from another HNM shell was intrested to know what dropped you ushually asked, and people get kicked for such things is a joke. It's not like the guy ninja lotted items or some shit, seems like that sackholder wanted to kick someone for the sake of it and wnated to abuse his power. I would strip his sack and bitch slap him a time or two.

Good luck on finding a new shell litlith, honestly if your going to get kicked for somethin so stupid, you should find a better shell that isnt such a fucking joke.

Thanks for the replies, and it seems I made the right choice posting this here. Zklken was acting on his own, without any involvement of any kind from the other sacks or the leader, nor without doing any sort of investigating at all. The rest of the LS wouldn't have even known about any of this had I not posted here.

Most of RtU doesn't even believe I could have been a spy, and they're all pretty mad at Zklken, who, btw, keeps threatening me that I'll never see an invite to RtU again now (ok, way to go public relations), however I'm still kinda in limbo about what my next move is.

RtU, if you're reading this, srsly, you might wanna reevaluate who you have as a sackholder here. A spy wouldn't make this much of a fuss over being falsely accused; an honest, legitimate player would, however (oh wait, an honest, legitimate player DID). Some of yall do seem like an ok lot, but if this is the way you treat new members, I prolly would have been better off staying with Armada and just doing endless campaign battles.

At least I'll have 2 full sets of AN armor in a few fights. See, never being able to go to LS events pays off with AN armor. Fucking yay.

Meh, gotta have something to do between waves in campaign battles. Not like I was doing anything else before I got to join RtU for a day.

Oh, as for my jobs, 75 Dragoon, Blue Mage, Corsair, Paladin, and workin on Dancer [68]. So yeah, I could easily flail shit if I wanted to, but I'm not gonna stoop to Ken's level here. The lulz I got on this thread are good enough for now.

Just gotta find a LS now. That's the only suck ass part, since RtU is remaining quiet on this subject now.
