But the current spawn conditions for this nm are... not really known and there have only been a handful of encounters with this nm.

I thought the testing showed AF1 boots did more or less nothing for jumps, or we couldn't figure what they did for jumps, I don't bother using them atm, or has their useless been disproven more lately?

I was under the impression it acted like a VIT boost? I figure the Skanda boots would have done the same though.

Crit rate seems higher with them. In before eyeball, unscientific, parse or gtfo, etc
