You know what I just made the connection with.... Easy prey and decent challenge give more xp... that means even more xp recieved in Nyzul! It just became more of a mini xp party! Coincidence that these two were announced together? =P

A side note, Lv96 will give the best average token reward now, once your entire group is cleared up to it. Assuming only 5 floors completed per run (more if you do a few after F100) and everyone taking a turn using their disc and getting an armband, you should average 1071 tokens/run with 6 people, 1211 with 5 (Lv91 was the best before since you had to warp if you did Lv96).
Well, consider Relic weapons. Those things drop like rain in monsoons, but the number of fully upgraded Relics isn't outrageously high. That Mythic base weapons will be suddenly easier to obtain doesn't mean they will easily upgraded. If it helps, consider it a really involved WSNM quest.
I'm looking forward to Nyzul isle now. All the people who theorized that the base weapon would be required for the Weapon Skill turned out right, but since they reduced the runaround to get a base weapon, I'm hardly complaining.
The bit that's got me most excited is the exp boost to EP and DC mobs, which might make low-man parties much more practical.
Facepalming like the motherfucking fist of the north star. Those players who have already received their Nyzul weapon and entrusted it to Abquhbah, however, are encouraged to travel back to the Isle and acquire the weapon once more.
pretty much very nice stuff, now SE need to increase the combat skill merits 10 or more
cus 20 pretty low p-p
FUCKMEUPDATE!
I'm really going to like this update.
After recently starting a Nyzul group (just got to spamming floor 20 atm), I can say this is very excisting to me and my group compared to the plans we had for saving disks at 100 etc.
Also this will encourage more ppl to lfp at different times in the day. Ie low-active players forming (EP-DC) parties as opposed to VT-IT parties.
Add this with the other stuff they have annouced/may announce this is going to be a very very exciting update indeed. Thumbs up SE.
So in the pic that they have for the announcement, is that the GA (I'm not sure about what it looks like)? Or just some pointless pic of someone that's dressed like a general?
this is insane. most of the stuff is understandable, but saving data for ALL members :O
I can forsee floor 100 discholders pocketing a mint if these new WS turn out to be any good.
These changes are very much win though, especially since I had started a Nyzul static a few weeks ago.
They only mentioned EP and DC, so more than likely the exp will be less than 100 solo. Which isn't bad, but when you also consider that you can't chain EP-DC, I find it very doubtful that people will start making small parties to kill DC mobs.
The exp looks more like it's tailored towards soloing, and probably low level solo.
Anyway, overall looks like a good update, looking forward to it. =]
Could not have come at a better time for us. We started Nyzul not that long ago and are spamming 40 for the last of our pants. We have one disk at 41, one at 21. Now we can just start a new disk after the update, bring it up to mine and go up together, rotating who jumps us up.
I had 13k tokens from an earlier static, so I'm way ahead but it means I can build some up. As our aim is to move to Salvage eventually we can even now just clear to top and be more relaxed about farming inbetween the assaults peeps want to do.
Weapons update is nice too. I hope they put them on bosses only and the higher you get, the more chance of one.
Adjustments to xp are actually huge. Soloing and small grouping is going to be so much more profitable now.
Awesome![]()
Makes me wish I had a group for Nyzul.![]()
Very nice! this wil work out well for alot of ppl who dont have a nyzul static and the exp is welcome too.
