Nate Burleson - Out for the season. Seahawks abysmal WR core is even more abysmal.

Wow. Nate the great out for the season? Jesus christ. Hasselbeck has like..no one to throw to now. This season has been super rough for fantasy, even after one week.

Arizona is indeed in the driver's seat. I honestly think this is their best chance.

Im not happy Brady is hurt nor do I care, because fuck the patriots and the horse they rode in on. Im watching the monday night football countdown and the refered to the fact the pats kept running up scores on people and the fact castle is going to have to deal with defenses gunning for him because of that.

The Seahawks' top five wide receivers at the start of the season: Branch, Engram, Burleson, Taylor, Obomanu. 4 of those 5 are out. Branch might be back within a couple of weeks, Engram by mid-season.

Starting Seahawks' WR next week: Courtney Taylor & Jordan Kent. Starting TE: John Carlson. Combined NFL career catches before last week: 5.

Burleson was also their kick and punt returner. In the second half, Seneca Wallace (their back up QB) was returning punts.

Now paging Joe Horn to the blue-green courtesy phone.

Good news: 49ers and Rams at home the next two weeks. There is a good chance they can still win the next two divisional games and still be in position to compete for the division title. They play Arizona in Weeks 11 and 17, when Branch and Engram should both be back and healthy.

Actually he broke then rebroke a franchise record (and set some others) since his injury, they just haven't had a TEAM since 2005. But I can see where you are coming from.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. Fuck. I woke up Sunday morning thinking this could really be the year for the Hawks, now I'm halfway to burying my head in the sand for the season. Holmgren has stated a few times that he thought Seneca wallace could be a pro-bowl caliber WR but we needed him too badly at QB in case Hassleback went down.... well although I may not think he can make the pro-bowl, at least he's proven he can make some plays unlike all the WR we currently have. I was starting to lose my voice screaming at all the damn drops we had last week.

At this point, only Seneca can save Seattle.

You're fucked. D: With the way the schedule presents itself as someone's said, they could still possibly win the lowly NFC West. I mean.. it's a possibility, as long as they beat the Cardinals later on in the year.

It really sucks about who they have lost though. It's crazy at their bad luck. This year has been the year of the injury though for sure.

When your team's hope rests on Seneca Wallace....give up.

Not giving up hope just yet! I'm not ready to go back to the years of the Hawks sucking. Seneca is underrated a lot, not to mention he has some really cool shoes. Shit... when your best receivers best quality is how cool his shoes are you know you're in trouble. Anyway what I'm more worried about is our defense, we were supposed to have a beastly D this year and they really played pretty bad. Seahawks should have made a move for Chad Ocho Cinco.

Lol yeah, I was watching PTI and didn't realize it was on ESPN2 so I looked at what was on after PTI and was like wtf I thought ESPN would have the Monday night game! Being observant isn't exactly a skill I've mastered.

On a more game relevant note, after how much injuries have been going on in week 1 I'm really scared to watch this game, AP has had a history of injuries as much as I don't care for the Vikings I would be very sad to see him go down.
