Honestly, I'd use Welker over Williams if you're aiming to replace Coles for the week. Williams is just now headed to Cowboys camp. I'd imagine the first week won't be very fruitful in fantasy terms

I personally like how Coles is adjusting to Favre finally. Him and Cotchery are loving them some Brett Favre.
Who would you guys rather drop: Santonio Holmes or Isaac Bruce?
Bruce definitely. Holmes is still good and Big Ben will throw to him.
Well hopefully Tony Gonzalez will get traded to a team with a good QB so I can drop Greg Olsen instead.
Also,
start Coles against Oakland or Holmes against Cinci?
Holmes. The secondary is Oakland's only strength on defense, and Cincy has had a few injuries in that department, although I think Joseph is already back. Still, I think Coles overall has a better chance of getting in the end zone anyway
Both are nice starts, honestly. I think the Steelers get Willie Parker back this week though? Meaning if they do, they'll run more I'm sure, and not rely on the pass with Big Ben aching. I like Coles against Oakland. Oakland is just playing listless right now.
I just realized I talked myself into Coles as I was writing that lol
Okay few situations.
Keep Palmer for later in the season when they play KC and shit or try to find a decent back up?
Pittsburgh @ Cin
San Diego @ Buf
Jeff Reed @ Cin
Adam Vinateri @ GB
and the WRs
A. Johnson (keeping)
Wes Welker
Marvin Harrison
Antwaan Randle El
I hate starting Welker, but Harrison is inconsistant. Randle El is pretty good as a WR/TE.
Not sure on Palmer. I think he's going to have Tommy John's surgery, but we'll see on him. Keep him around if you can. Until then, definitely go with Pittsburgh @ Cincy. Fitzpatrick won't be able to do anything against that defense. Ocho Cinco is horrible this year, and Housh is a tad slow right now with an injury he got this past Sunday.
Kicker.. I dunno. Maybe Reed? The Colts seem to get in the endzone at will right now, but if that's the case, you could go that route for Extra Points and a FG here and there? Dunno.
Start two at WR? Other than Andre, which is obvious.. I'd probably go Harrison/Randle El > Welker. I don't like Welker right now. He hasn't meshed with Cassel. Hell, no one has. Harrison is inconsistant, but I like the strides he made this past Sunday. I doubt he'll do it multiple times, but the big play possibility is nice, and they are playing a softer GB defense.
I can't decide about Palmer either, I have Cutler and Campbell as my starters and Palmer on the bench.
What sucks is I really need to find a 2 of my guys for 1 of their deal to make room for defensive bench ><
I honestly don't like Palmer coming back right now.. but there's no one you can drop for an extra defense? Cutler/Campbell seem fine to me honestly. I doubt you really need Palmer. They are 0-6 right now. Pretty sure if they lose one or two more (which is how long he's expected to be out), they'll probably let him get the surgery anyway and end his season.
problem is my offense is so good anybody I drop will be a huge boost for someone, and same with dropping any bye week def or anything
that's other than palmer of course, but I don't have another backup qb
Who would you rather have right now? Meaning who do you think will turn things around?
Fred Taylor or Chad Johnson
Depends on the team, but, as much as I love Fred Taylor, he's getting old. And I don't think he's ever gone this long without getting hurt before.
TE Tony Gonzalez against a stout Titans Defense
or
TE Greg Olsen against a very questionable Minnesota Secondary
Olsen easily. My man Orton is on fire and has quite a nice repertoire with Olsen down the seams and on 3rd down. Gonzalez has no one worth a shit to throw the ball to him, not to mention that Haynesworth and that Titans D will be all over the QB and in that back field in less than 3 seconds. With the Chief anemic offense, I see A LOT of screen passes and 1 yard gains for Johnson.
Olsen has Forte to keep that defense honest as well as if they double the Wideouts, that gets him one on one with the Vikings LB corp. whom he can easy beat. Now if Rex were playing it would be a fail fail situation, Orton has show that he wont do stupid shit and that the threat to pass is VERY real because that's the Boilermaker way!
I know I am an Orton fanboy, but I doubt you will find anyone that would disagree to a HUGE extent.
Ronnie Brown
LenDale White
Warrick Dunn
Two slots open, and I'm a little afraid of Baltimore's defense. I got burned in not starting Ronnie once, so I'll probably start him anyways. So really White or Dunn who goes in last spot?
Fred Taylor. At least he gets the ball handed to him while he splits carries with MJD. Ocho Cinco has a backup QB from Harvard throwing to him. I don't like his value.
What league is this in? Any BG league or another? Just curious.
Hm.. Earnest Graham moved to FB after they lost their starting FB for the game, but I don't see that happening again. I think I'd go for LenDale and Ronnie Brown. Dunn's carries will probably go back down this week.
Pick 3 (2WRs and a WR/RB)
Hines Ward @ Cinci
Santonio Holmes @ Cinci
Dwayne Bowe @ Tennessee
Bobby Engram @ Tampa
Domonic Rhodes (possible starter against weak run d) @ Green Bay
Deion Branch (questionable) @ Tampa
