That guy on ESPN said not to start Eli and any receivers because of PITs D.
I'd say Edwards just because of it'll be easier to do stuff on Miami than it would be on Pittsburgh.

Should i pick up Kolby Smith vs NYJ or Benson vs Houston?
Hm. I'd say Benson against Houston.. a lot of experts expect the Jets to run away from this game, meaning I doubt the Chiefs would run all that much. I could be 100% wrong, but eh.
chris johnson + lendale white vs colts
vs ronnie brown vs buff, julius jones @ sf, or ernest graham vs cowboys
don't think I've ever had the issue of 4 of my 5 options being too good to choose between, and the 5th being a perma-potential-monster
my idp guys played halfway decent this week, but some other people went crazy and my qb were terrible >< yay for dropping carson palmer, playing j.t. o'sullivan, and getting -.58 points
but, I have more points for the week so far than the first place guy, and I'm 80 off the best of the week (relatively high scoring league) with CJ, White, Wayne, and Gary Brackett still to go. Looking to be back into good shape in the league finally after some early struggles, should end the week only about 50-80 off first place
is that in Tyr's IDP league or a different one?
edit: nvm it can't be the one I'm in, Johnson and White are on two different teams
different one, only did 1 league this year and it's not a bg one
while this thread is still at the top of the forums, needed more opinions on which receivers to start this next week. Me and Aki couldn't decide which has a worse outlook for the week, because they've all been pretty good lately
Larry Fitzgerald vs. StL
Steve Breaston vs. StL
Antonio Bryant vs. KC
Dwayne Bowe vs. TB
3 of them with real good matchups and the last one is basically only receiver on the team aside from the TE. Why can't I sit my tight end to play all 4 for the week? D:
oh, also forgot this one
Thomas Jones @Buffalo
Steve Slaton @Minnesota
Dominic Rhodes vs. New England
Slaton stands out as a sitter there but IDK what to expect from Rhodes
I'm a huge Colts fan. I have been my entire life. So it kills me when I say that they are not playing well at all right now. Rhodes hasn't been the same since he left Indy the first time. New England's defense is still very solid and Rhodes can't seem to find the holes like he was able to in the past. It seems like he has Bettis Syndrome*
* The Bettis Syndrome is a very serious condition known to affect Running Backs over thirty with a less than stellar line. Symptoms can can include the following.
An oblong leather discharge released from hands when hit.
Knees become locked in place as the patient takes three steps and topples over.
Patient's vision becomes blurred as they run into 350 pound men protecting them instead of through gaping holes.
The patient becomes inundated with various strains and pulls of the groinal region resulting in missing several games.
Remember that prevention is the key. If someone you know starts exhibiting signs of the Bettis Syndrome please direct them to the closest color commentator position that is currently available.
what''s been wrong with rhodes lol? No turnovers and 70 yards a game with 2TDs since he's stepped in as a starter.
Edit: against 2 top 10 rush defenses.
Watch clips of him now compared to when he ran for over a thousand yard when Edge was injured. He is not the same running back and that kind of production was a fluke rather than the norm. Start him at your own risk.
Rhodes has been pretty consistent since getting his chance. While he's not putting up over 100 or anything, I'm sure he's doing better than Slaton would against the Vikes.
He's productive now...that's what matters. Maybe he was more productive years ago, but right now he's doing better than anyone Indi has, including Addai before he was hurt. He's not turning the ball over and he's scoring. Played against two top 10 rush defenses, moved the ball, and averaging about 4 yards a carry against those defenses.
What I'm worried most about in that decision is whether or not Rhodes will actually be the starter next week. I know Addai is either close to being back or will be playing that day, and I just don't know if Rhodes is going to be given the opportunity to do any better than Slaton
As of now, I hear Addai should play this week. I personally think they'll split carries but who knows.
Ronnie Brown @ Denver vs Chris Johnson home against GB
If it was me I would start Johnson. The guy is a beast even though he's splitting carries.
I actually thought Rhodes did a bit better than expected, aside from that 4th down stop he was able to get a few yards on each carry and converted some nice first downs, I really expected him to get like 30 yards that game. If he would have been able to stretch that extra 6 inches to get the garbage time TD his stats on the day woulda been pretty nice.
Ok, I got a good one.
Dhani Jones (40 tackles over the first 6 games, 4 over the last 2) home vs Jac
vs
Cedric Griffin (41 tackles, 3 pass defended, 2 forced fumbles on the year) home vs Houston
