Those foamy boots were my first ever "on dat" effect mod :O

They were an edit of some Lady Lilith effect, it was originally only on one foot and wouldn't repeat, so when I figured out how to edit it so effects will auto-start (not having to be triggered by casting etc) and run indefinitely I made those. Left them on for 10 hours straight to see if my computer would crash or burst into flames or something, but it ran fine!

Sadly never had the drive to make any boots that match it, so they were scrapped

Pixel and I started a blog so we'll post about our stuff more there, but I'll be sure to keep you guys updated if we ever finish up casting effects!

Oh yeah! I made this PopStarHammar for my newest guide on the blog, however it ended up being way too complicated for a first hex edit >< but here it ees!

If every independent modder in a gaming community did this, the world would not be a better place.

Being able to create things without rules and regulations is a wonderful freedom. This isn't to say that someone shouldn't receive compensation for their work -- if they want to, that is -- but you can't expect the same quality of a corporate worker without likewise expecting other internal modifications. Then, if they were overworked, the easygoing flow of great pieces would grind to a complete halt, perhaps forever.

Besides that, any HQ mods -- a lot of which look very nice -- definitely wouldn't be something SE officially consented to.

I do agree that talented individuals deserve more than just respect for their work, but it can oftentimes be someone who is aspiring for a job elsewhere, and may be simply honing their skills putting out public mods for someone else's game. People have definitely been picked up by wise recruiters using these methods.

I know this probably isn't the best place to ask. But, I figure i'll give it a shot. I was wondering if someone could do a recolor on homam in accordance with Knyghtmare's bloodsoaked gear set. I'm taru, and atm have it colored blue. but it's way, too blue and makes my thief look retarded. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Oops forgot to mention i'm just talking about the hat/body due to it's overwhelming blueness shown below:
and before you ask, no i don't actually use homam head, i swap it in for turban when i'm on thief, because turban looks retarded.

Yea, i could do that. But i like the color red that knyghtmare used a lot more. the regular homam is too dull (which is why i changed it to blue in the first place). If no one can do it that's fine i can deal with the blue or even revert to original. Just figured i would ask.
