That's close to what I was thinking, except inverting the colors where the main color was a purpleish black and gray/white trim.

EDIT: I'll have to experiment tomorrow, I'm just stressed after the events of today and can't focus on this.

Halp....whenever I equip Gavial/Valkyrie/Walkure Mask it equips an Ice Staff. This is because I obviously fucked up when I did Mooshy's Ele Staves +2 like a looonnngg time ago. Don't know where I fucked up, can anyone help?

Also already tried deleting all the files and backing up to the original .dats from before I used Mooshy's .dats.

I was hoping someone could help me out with a .dat swap. I really want the Shantotto laugh, but I could not find her or the animation for it with the version of ffxi model viewer I'm using.

Also, is there a .dat for the curtsie she does in the ASA trailer 1? She gets all the best tarutaru stuff

Seriously though, I think in order to get the laugh you'd have to edit the actual animation file itself.

Shantotto is not a separate NPC file, but an F4A Tarutaru.

Her laugh is a segment of both ROM/71/27.DAT and ROM/71/28.DAT, under the header "ohh" in mot_-3 or mot_-4. I could not find a Tarutaru motion file with the same 12 segments as the Shantotto file, so Corrderio is correct:

I think he told a friend of mine that he stopped working on them because he figured only a few people wanted them and they were pretty difficult to work with

I hate to post without giving anything, but where do you all get your dats? Other then the ones you have made? 90% of the links I find are broken and for the life of me I can't figure out why.

Been looking for that Tucan Sam .dat and a new SH .dat for forever...

The background looks nice. it'll give me something to swap to other than my blackmage background.
For some strange reason the wivre just reminded me of triceratons from ninja turtles. Hopefully i just inspired someone to find a way to make that work.

Free filehosting sucks. I've rehosted my Toucan dat twice now..they delete em after a while it's stupid..

Yeah I asked for that in another thread. It's pretty rad.

Did you do the art yourself, or copy it from someplace else? If it's original, I might mess around with it for the windower v4 alpha :D
