long answer: yes, but it would be a really, really difficult and tedious undertaking which would require retooling nearly every animation for that race.

Anyone know where the .dat for Taru M Ogier's Helm is? It's beyond ugly so I'd like to switch it to something like Nocturnus Helm or maybe back to Valhalla again if someone could give me those .dat locations too. Thanks.

anyone would mind trying the creed curiass for hume male(just finished but my wadrobe is acting up wont let me change races) ?

edit: found a quick fix had to force race change with a profile.

wasnt sure where to look at but i think this place could be good, so i've noticed that whenever i equip my athos's boots they have a weird black "pixel" on them, so i switched race and poof it's gone. I get the same on my laptop and desktop too so i'm really confused right now here is a pic i made:

It's probably just a problem with the DXT3 texture... anyone have an updated model viewer list so I can prepare a fix?

That's pretty nice looking. Has anyone considered making those for the voidwatch bodies so that we can extrapolate which sphere effect we're under visually?

With the lack of snow and work, I'm getting pretty bored. I was wondering if someone could give me a kick in the right direction as to how to get started with reskinning armor? Ares is still one of my favourite looking sets, kind of interested to see if I can recolour the DRG AF3 to look similar.

A while back, I specifically compiled an archive of FFXI DATs articles. The site's take-down was impending, and I wanted that information to be retained. Further, I wanted it to be organized so any person would be able to use it, and therefore, I believe it will help you.

Unzip all of this, folders intact, to the directory of your choice. To read any of the articles themselves, double-click their respective HTML file. The assets are all saved in the sub-directories, so when these open in your browser, they'll contain everything—text and screenshots.
