Eh, to continue w/ Bleach stuff, when I first saw it (didn't finish the first arc or w/e, lost interest) I saw a lot of references such as art and names to "The Day of the Dead." Which is a Mexican holiday to pay tribute to the deceased. Anyways, does the series get better? I'm fucking way behind ;x

the last Kasumi-Ooji arc (I only do the anime, if you're referencing the manga then just ignore me as you would anyway) was pretty fucking boring/predictable if you ask me, I'm glad we're getting back to the Las Noches arc again here in a week or two

Series is more enjoyable as it goes on, once you get to the Soul Society Arc it gets really good (you'll know when you get to it if you do).

Also, the spanish influence is there throughout the series it seems. For example, the current arc takes place in a dimension called "Las Noches" and the things there called "Arrancar" all have spanish named attacks which are in the general category they refer to as 'Resureccion' (not sure if I spelled that right). Also there are the Menos (which I think you may already know about) which use an attack called Cero. The creators apparently think spanish named things are cool and I can't argue, it's probably really cool to them because most of them don't know Spanish so it's some foreign sounding words. (Hearing them pronounce stuff in the anime is always a pretty good lol too)

Ive had problems with imageshack. Theyve made it so you have to use the right hotlink or it wont show up. of course, the one they want you to use comes with an ad that shows up with your image if you done delete some extra tags.
at least for me...
