"Ixion is come" is proper if archaic usage.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the sentence, you really should consider some remedial language arts. :/

And Ixion is come is technically correct, it just poetic. You ever watch Voltron? When they form the mech? Megathrusters are go!

I constantly catch mistakes in published books (I'm a sort of copy editor of technical writing at my job), and I really don't see anything wrong with that sentence.
