WARNING: Do NOT attempt to take an AV that has wiped a linkshell, who attempted a zerg and got him into bracelet mode (Under 59%.)

He will rape you in a heartbeat. Voltage just took AV to 20%, and Apathy claimed to try to finish him off, he quickly poped wynavs + manafont and tore us up. Exodus then tried to hold it and reraise to try from 100%. As soon as they engaged he Perfect Dodge'd + Manafont'd; didn't even bring him under 95%.

EDIT: The point being, that what makes this fight currently broken is his delay in transition from normal, to bracelet, that makes enough time to kill him. If he's already in bracelet mode you no longer have that opportunity.

EDIT 2: Not to mention his instant use of multiple two hours~
