AV aside... you're seriously suggesting that they should bring the other 19 jobs up to KC DRK levels, rather than just nerfing a clearly unintentional synergy between two things that aren't nearly as broken on their own?

In my opinion they should just make AV doable without needing Soul Club spam (Provided they haven't). My point about bringing everyone else up to the KC standard was that there are other ways to "fix" a problem with gameplay; not all problems have to be solved through "nerfs". However, I agree that it's unfair that a ~40mil gil item can out damage a relic. Yet, as I mentioned before, this can be accomplished through mob tweaks rather than outright "nerfing" of weapons.

You are arguing against a strawman. No one is saying that LS's shouldn't kill AV, and most people aren't even suggesting that it should be nerfed. Most people are just saying that they probably are going to nerf it inevitably, so it's better to get in as many kills now as possible, but also to learn as much about the mobs as possible to develop an alternative strategy for when it is nerfed.

I didn't say that anyone claimed LSs shouldn't kill AV. I said that they are upset with the fact that currently, the only known method for killing him is through Soul Club spamming. In response to them I said they should ask SE to make AV easier rather than "nerf" KC spamming. I guess in essence I'm saying that it isn't a problem with KC, it's a problem with AV. Then again, all tests haven't been conducted since the update so it may very well be that there is a method to killing him beyond KC spam.

I screamed no drops on vent cause 10s after its bar was at 0, still no treasure pool. Also pretty sure i was more than 5' away from av for about 5s lol couldnt move

Odin did it again, and proved that it CAN be killed after a wipe with sacs IF it does not hit 79% beforehand. Wiped TWICE with it still at 100% and sac'd while unweakening and then sac'd while resetting all 2hrs. Paid some attention to 2hrs it used while sac'ing (ie, don't run in while it's Invincibled, and try to hold off on Manafont too).

So if you make a stupid fuckup and didn't do any damage to it, don't give up. It can be done.
