As it stands that's kind of light on damage, if you have a lot of people to outside heal, you can chainspell cure4 mnk/drk

According to what most people have said/done, DRK (read: Soul Eater) is the best viable source of DMG on AV so I'd say fill it with more DRKs even if they only have a Baha Scythe. Based on your list you have 9 people already so you're close to what most people are doing 11-13, You can always ask for some help, good luck, I think you guys have a chance.
