Oh no, sorry; wasn't a personal attack on him/her, they just helped prove my point. People will moan regardless what SE do, i've been doing Dynamis for 3 years, and although i've gotten my Chapeau and other AF2 pieces, i still see this as a massive gift from SE and people should, instead of moaning or griping, take full advantage of it because at the moment it is 'too good to be true', which could result in a classic SE 'fix'...

So far my Dynamis group has missed the memo on increased drops

How much did you kill, how many thieves with THIV? If you only have 1-2 thf, then I would assume that is your problem (unless you are low-manning, have seen this many drops with 8 people). If you believe you only need one thf to tag a mob, it has to tag every single mob you kill. That is very difficult in any run we do, since mobs die before half the melee engage. So having more thieves gives you a better shot at having your mobs tagged with TH before they die. And if you wait to let your 1-2 thf engage before you kill, then you are slowing your run and killing half as many mobs as other groups.

Dynamis-Bubu pre apoc beast
Cor glove and Cleric cap dropped off of 1 normal monster. Never ever seen 2 af drop off of a single mob, was fun to see. Nin yag dropped koga feet.

I had to leave shortly after apoc beast so I don't know what else dropped. May be worth it to do a full zerg on apoc when you enter, then farm normal/nightmare monsters for drops, seems to be a fair alt to citys for af.

I love how SE throws 'Dynamis-goers' a bone, and people still bitch. It's fucking hilarious to say the least.

The whole 'shafted' thing, shit if you were unlucky on the day be grateful you got 12 AF2. If you were unlucky pre-update you'd be lucky to get any AF2 which weren't BST or WAR lol.

SE will never win shit like this, ever, simply because people can't appreciate it, if i were SE i'd monitor the assholes who moan about 12AF2 Xarc runs and ban their asses from Dynamis; i couldn't care less if it was what you were getting pre-update or not, it's simply idiotic to moan about 12 AF2 in Dynamis Xarcabard.

Nowhere in my post was I bitching at SE or anything like that. I realize there are some posts that seem to bitch directly at SE, but mine was purely me complaining about our group's luck.

Every other LS who posts here who has the power to kill DL did kill DL in their runs, and lost between 30 to 90 minutes of possible farming time (depending on whether they had to have people switch jobs for the kill and how fast they cleared up to dragons, etc). Even some of them got 16-19 drops, including their DL drops.

However, my group killed what I wouldn't doubt to be the most demons of all the posts in this thread (simply because I took our DL-power and made use of it on mobs instead), and we were still far from getting the most drops (which was, of course, my goal; we did it in Beauc and no one has beaten our 21 AF+4 100s yet).

A 4.8% drop rate pre-update is good. It's not super awesome, it's not unheard of, it's just at the upper range of what most linkshells see with TH4 on all the monsters. Post-update, 4.8% is pretty much the bottom of the barrel - that's what you get when your THFs suck and don't hit mobs, or don't equip their TH4.

Haven't found out about the other pieces yet, other then the obvious drops in CoP Dynamis areas.

Actually, COR got fudged up in COP - we got Culottes, the 71 piece, in Qufim today, when it should have been Bottes. BLU and PUP LV73 dropped correctly however.

Also, as already listed, Commodore's Belt was in Qufim.

Someone reported Gants as Bubu, which is the LV72 zone so those are fine. Bottes (73), which SHOULD be Qufim, are in Valkurm; Valkurm SHOULD be Culottes (71), but are in Qufim.

We got gants-1 in bubu, I am unsure about the NQ version, we tend to only kill nightmare mobs in bubu.

I so wish Elmer hadn't submitted our answers yet, I would love to answer the question asking if a jp ever wronged us and we thought about it.
