Well, 1st I need the weapon, but I dont think I plan to get to hard core with it. Prob just get WS points when bored while working on leveling up a disk.

RNG and COR are the only ones I really want. Prob will do COR WS first.

it seems unless people are not counting right that there might be a little random numbers in here , but lets get real its hard to keep track of 5000 points. i know for a fact that im over 4000 points now and yet to get the 3rd mes, im starting to think that the 3rd mes is a myth(as i said b4 lol)

this should of maxed out at 1000 points. 1000 for floor 0, 900 for floor 10, 800 for 20, 700 30, 600 40, 500 50,400 60, 300 70, 200 80, 100 90 and 50/free at floor 100.

Maybe the WS just aren't unlockable without the disc being a certain level? I haven't read any account of someone unlocking it without having a disc over at least 20 or higher if I'm not mistaken.

I don't know maybe its cause I already spent 5 weeks prior doing floor climbs with my group to get runic key. Maybe its because I spent the last week cleaning 8 weapons. But really 5,000 WS over the course of 5 weeks really isn't all that bad. I did 2,000 WS points in 5 days, but then again I don't leave my house. Even if you did 100 day points a day. You'll have your WS in like 60 days. I don't think its a bad system. spend 2 months getting 100 floor access, or spend 2 months cleaning 1 weapon, choice is yours.

Wtf else are you gonna do with your time in 2 months when you got all your weapons cleaned? Spend your time wishing you had a weapon to clean on them Daters while your camping Fafnig.

Well this is odd.

I have a level 81 disc was was going through the process of unlocking it. However when I got to 904 points (was at 899 then did a Darkness) Insurgency popped up.

I called a gm, mostly useless refusing to give out info but did say adventures require certain prerequisites before completing the quest.

I do not know anyone that has the ws at a low level, we just need to do research if there is actually anyone. On this post, is lowest 41 i saw?

Do you even have a disc? Even if it's level 0, I think you have to actually possess a disc.

im at around 5000 points now floor 10. latter today i should be dinging floor 20. if i do get to 20(hope all goes well) ill psot if i ding into the WS.

2)let us get the wep pre floor 20 if this is true

kind of like the orginal ws quests, you maybe able to equip the trial weapon but you dont get the quest until you have the required skill level to use the weapon.

same should apply here, don't give us the weapon or the quest if we can't complete it, I am ready to throw in the towel for all the time I have wasted. I really looked forward to this, and I have no interest in climbing the tower since the equipment is god awful for ranger and pup, not one piece I would wear.

Seems like just another case of SE forcing you to do the content they want you to do, I don't think they understand the concept of an mmorpg. The only role playing that is going on is us playing the role that SE wants us to play.

Well, SE does indeed say that a "majority" of players will be able to obtain the weapon skills. I'd argue that a majority of players have a 20 floor or higher runic disc. You start out on Floor 1, that's not a fraction of players, that's all players.

As for weapons dropping in the starting floors, I assume they added them there so people with higher discs have incentive to redo lower floors.

The game is all about progression, it doesn't really make sense for something to only be 1/10th done and allow you to reach the goal. The quest itself tells you to venture deeper into Nyzul Isle.
