Things broken by update.

I logged in fine last night, with the Level-Sync crashes when targeting someone with the icon but...

Today I try to login and I get FFXI-3001. After hanging at the black 'Downloading data...' screen. I tried forcing a re-check, and it's still doing it. D:

/edit: actually, we did some stuff at sync lvl 58 with three people and I noticed, that all buffs except Signet wore off after I leveled to 59. I was the target of the sync and it seems that sync gets turned off and on again if the sync target levels. The buffs wearing off include the Emperor's Band exp buff. Now this might be coincidence (because I reached the bonus limit) or this actually kills off the exp bonus. Keep an eye on that!

Food, Signet and exp band stay on.. All other buffs are wiped off when the designee levels. Its like you're going into a capped fight everytime. Pretty annoying, especially if you're in the middle of a pull. You have to recast all your buffs and reraise and whatnot.
Wonder if SE will fix that...

F'real, I took my 23 DRK to the Selbina entrance last night and was raking up 100+ XP per kill with Empress on EP crap around there. Not OMGWTFBBQ amazing but definitely not shabby.

IME (and BlinkMeNot) has been fixed and requires an update. Windower 3.41 is supposed to be released sometime today, which should fix pasting and a few other general issues.

I had to download the update from blue gartr (after already updating on POL) and replace my ROM folders and that got my flicker crashing to stop.

Do you have a link for this? Looked around but coulnt find it

sorry PUPs for mentioning this, and I really hope they dont change it. But currently if you enter level synch, the Automaton Oils +2 Regen effect doesnt get gimped, as in it gives you the full lvl50 Regen to your automaton. It was awesome, I just bought a truckload of Oils+2 earlier and had Valoredge with full defence attachments and Strobe tanking in the Dunes.

Enm's are broken, I smell another emergency maintenance.

I just attempted to start the Bearclaw Pinnacle ENM after the emergency maintenance and I got this:

Edit: Screenshot not showing, short version is the NPC wont give me a pouch and the NPC in bastok to check you time remaining on an ENM says it should sufficiently Manifest.

I'm having an issue with momentary freezing of the game right when a mob dies and when the treasure drop from the mob scrolls up in the log... it's doing it constantly. Noticed it during meripo and it's driving me nuts, anyone else having similar problems? It was fine before the version update.

Well i uninstalled Bransons UI then ran file check and seems to have sorted my problems. Shame the game doesn't look as good now.

Are fomors still broken? I didn't see them mentioned in the update notes. Made for a pretty interesting SSR run last night not being able to Erase Accuracy, Defense Down, Drown, or Bind from them....

Just got out of SSR, could erase accuracy down but not defense down (Aegis Schism).

Only problem I've had so far is when level synced I'd get a very strange lag each time I'd hit a macro or change gear. But I'm also on an old school PS2. x.x
