What I had was my PLD grab Cogtooth and drop off the bridge to the river. All other orcs that would aggro I used Manifestation + Sleep and logged off. Had to use voidstorm though to sleep the PLD type mobs.
Edit: and now that I'm thinking about it, how the heck do you pull Draketrader? I'd assume if you're not using BST or SMN you'd get someone with movement speed and just run it to the zone? I'm interested in duoing it so that's why I'm asking. >.> I want that damn polearm so badly, +5TP on jumps yes please.
I went on Bst/Nin and the rest of the alliance stayed down in the river. They pulled that Seneschal imp down and killed it. I then ran back to where Cogtooth is and pulled him with Courier Carrie then ran it over the bridge where my team voked it down. Carrie died mid way though so the orcs aggroed me and I died ; ;... but we got Cog.

Did it with Bst also lol... but I'd guess you just movement speed run him to zone and have the 2nd person hold him for a bit. His jumps are hella mean though, about 900 dmg per.
Coinbiter Cjaknokk dropped Merveilleuse. Sorry if this has been posted and I missed it~
As I posted last page, my COR friend got 6 STR, 7 Attack (including the 2-3 from STR). Meaning that the Attack he got before STR should be +4 or +5. I'll ask him to check again later, swapping out STR+6 to see exactly what the attack is, but it's worth considering that maybe the amount of the set bonus varies depending on which weapon you use. For instance the gun could get more STR and Ratt, the melee weapons more STR and Attack, maybe the Staff gets more MAB (and maybe the scythe, too, because SE seems to have a thing for DRKs and MAB lol)
Took out Cogtooth yesterday with a BST, BLU, and me on RDM. We started out with more and were just throwing pets and avatars at it but hate control became a real issue and people were dying left and right. Ultimately people got pissed and left so we ended up having the BLU keep sticking disseverment on it while the BST held it with pets and I played support healing, erasing, refreshing. When anyone would get hate we'd run it to the opposite end of the river until it lost hate and repulled until it died. Only took us about 20 min once we got our shit together and had a pattern going. Box only drop of course -_-
In the Quadav BCNM, how do you deal with the big AoE move it does? It killed off half our group with that move, then picked the other half off one by one because we were all petrified. Is it just stay out of range? because it seemed to have a big range.
Is the latent on Sinfender + Paramount Earring 60 HP 6 VIT (in conjunction with the other discovered latents)?
Definitely not worth using for those who have Hauteclaire, but it could be a very nice combo for a PLD/WAR defensive/shield build.
If it's anything like the Orc one, it has a large range but not so large that your mages can't stay out of the area. We ran into problems on the Orc because his nasty move has crazy knockback and so it can be a pain getting people into position again especially since you're going to need some immediate curing. It looked to us as we were fighting like they can only use their specials when they have their auras up, so it seems advisable to push them hard when they're in aura mode and get them to break out of it, while keeping your mages at 20' if possible (although they CAN bring the aura back, it seems, after a period of time, at least you get a bit of respite).
General infos about Quadav and Orc bc (I have not yet encountered Tzee) :
Quadav :
Za'Dha Adamantking (WAR, 30 000 hp, can Mighty Strikes) multiples times), Za'Dha's Biographer x 2 (BLMs, 5000 hp, can Manafont one time), Za'Dha's Minister x 2 (WHMs, 5000 hp, can Benediction one time)
When aura is up : add earth dmg on hits (35~40 dmg), slow effect on all nearby targets and special attack Torment of Gu'dha (AoE earth magic dmg + petri + knock back + hate reset, 15m range)
Orc :
Bloodcrown Brradhod (PLD, 30 000 hp can Invincible multiples times), Bloodcrown Brradhod x 2 (RNGs, 5000 hp, can EES one time), Brradhod's Donzel x 2 (WARs, 5000 hp, can Mighty Strikes one time)
When aura is up : high physical / magical def (completly different from without), blind/flash on all nearby targets and Voil of Chaos (AoE light (?) magic dmg + amnesia + knock back + hate reset 15m range)
It seems that you can break their aura with critical/WS from behind (?) but it reappear after 4 min~. Once without, they are weaks and can zerged easily.
For the group that killed the Yaguda BC what was your strat? The elementals always seem to go right back to the tank when you pull them off.
Yagudo:
Tzee Xicu the Manifest (SMN, ??? HP (probably 30k), never got around to two houring before wipe), Tzee Xicu's Elemental x4 (share hate with Tzee Xicu, semi-synched spell casting)
When aura is up: Defense didn't seem particularly high for something of that level, HEAVY gravity on all nearby targets, and Vorticose Sands (AoE wind magic dmg + silence + full strip of equipment, 15m range)
Semi-synched casting meaning they'd sometimes all cast the same spell at once, sometimes a couple would, sometimes multiple ones would cast different spells, but at the same time...
Not a fun BC at all...
That is what we thought, but we only had 1 blm lol.
