My guess, which is totally not based on enough evidence to really support it (hence, guess), is that it's like 5% or less change of restoring 2 JA if they are sub job JAs, and something between 10 and 20% chance of restoring 2 JA if they are main job JAs. I have a feeling that it's largely based on the same factors that determine whether one JA is restored without Loaded Deck (i.e. main job vs. sub job abilities and relative recast timers).

Finally got my body to proc. Out of Barrage/Sharpshot/Phantom Roll/Fold/Snake Eye, it reset Phantom Roll and Snake Eye.

Only did it once out of maybe 20 or so tests though.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure it's a lot less likely to proc when you have two JAs that are really far apart in recast to restore. That makes it really tough to test on COR effectively (you can do Snake Eye and fold but it's a pain in the ass to wait for Phantom Roll to naturally come back before using Random Deal each test), I think really the best way to do it is to get someone else in your party to help you for a bit. Like I had posted earlier, the MNK I was with had it proc a lot more than I did.
