On the Lesser Colibri, all of my 4 hit full-TP returns Insurgencys did between 950-1050. I had one 18% TP return for 640 and one that Double Attacked for 1400.
Perdu Sickle and /SAM with Rajas and Brutal.
I'd say it has a MND_30 mod and 2 fTP, and uses mind difference for additional damage. Tiny Mandragoras have 7 MND (edit: and 6 INT), and these numbers fit ((Lv+2)+MND_30)*2 + dMND*2 perfectly, except for the second last one, which works if it happened on lightsday and got a 10% penalty. Since you said the day changed to darksday, and the day prior to darksday is lightsday, it's possible, and this is probably the formula used.
Formula looks right, except for two points. First, the bonuses occur earlier and the penalty occurs near the end, suggesting that it's reversed from what you're saying and it's light based, getting the bonus on lightsday and the reduction on darksday. That would also make sense for being MND-based. Although it does bother me that the dark weather didn't elicit a bonus or reduction, aren't the SCH spells 100% proc on weather bonus?
The other thing is its worth using elemental debuffs to double-check that it is MND, just in case it's something like MND - (some other stat that those mandies happen to have 7 of).
Storms just give weather, they don't have auto-Obi.
That assumes the numbers are in order, which was never stated, unless I missed something. And no, SCH weather isn't 100% proc.
True, it still needs confirmation on whether it uses target MND to determine damage. It seems the most likely stat, but then again they also have 7 CHR. Either way it should be tested just to make sure, but that shouldn't take long.
Naked SCH/BLM
354
354
354
354 - Burn
354 - Frost
354 - Choke
354 - Rasp
369 - Shock
354 - Drown
I have no idea why my naked damage as SCH/SAM was 286, but as SCH/BLM its 354...
My naked stats are
str 55
dex 65
vit 55
agi 68
int 80
mnd 59
chr 66
edit - all these ones were done on Lightningsday
Because of MAB?
Damage difference is due to 24 MAB trait. floor(286*1.24) = 354
Seems that is MND vs. MND that is checked, though.
You'll need to find max damage that you can do with SA and +0 MND gear then we can determine a base damage one. Make sure no double attack proced. Next, we will need you to equip some +MND gear, like +10 MND, +20 MND and find the max damage with SA again. With this we can determine MND and damage relationship.
If 193 is the max damage that you can't do any further, then the first part is done. However you'll need to tell us what's your base MND is.
A format like this is much appreciated.
XX+0 MND, deals max critical damage = 193.
XX+1 MND, deals max critical damage = XXX.
XX+10 MND, deals max critical damage = XXX.
XX+20 MND, deals max critical damage = XXX.
For a very small period of time, things did cap at low levels to produce nice, easy numbers. As of now, we know the pDIF ranges at certain cRatios, which means we can interpret the different numbers you get for a WS. You need to use the WS many, many times to try to find the entire range of possible damage, then do that again with various stat enhancements (MND+20, MND+40, other stats, etc). Then we toss the results into our formulas and out comes some nice fTP and stat mod numbers.
But higher weapons will give the mods to more accuracy once you know the initial range though.
Need someone to find out BLM WS's -MDB debuff duration. Suspect to be 1/2/3 mins per 100/200/300 TP. Well you need stop watch technology![]()
