I think we are still waiting on RDM, PLD, DRG, BLU, and a few others to drop still. Two of the people I go with have the Runic Key. We are currently raising everyone else to 100 as well.

Tomahawk doesn't increase the damage when the target is neutral or takes a bonus from that type (for instance pudding take +25% magic damage, and tomahawked pudding still takes +25% magic damage).

Yeah but if you tomahawk jailer of temp while in blunt mode you can hit it with a scythe for like 20 damage, or do I have this wrong?

I figure, since I'm still getting to the point where realistically I can get the WS, not having the weapon isn't a huge deal.

Jailer of temperance isn't neutral or weak to scythe while in blunt mode so that has nothing to do with what he's talking about. Tomahawk vs Temp = weakening him to modes he's currently immune to.

The Temperance thing is correct. What I was saying was that tomahawk only works when the mob takes a penalty, but will not extend a bonus or create one where none is present. So it could explain why when say, a 750 WS that normally does 375 to specific mob now does 468 to that mob. But it shouldn't be the cause of the WS exceeding 750.

Anyone else think King's Justice is sort've familar? Kind of looks like oldschool style Raging Rush before the TP effects DMG to TP effects crits. if my memory serves me, I think RR had the same exact posted 100/200/300 mods as well.

Except RR sucked, I remember well.

Whatever they did to make KJ not suck at 100% besides the 15% Str mod (it can't have made THAT much difference, RR really sucked out loud) is fine by me.

Has anyone confirmed anything weird about the damage modes yet?

Even if King's Justice only has 15% mod advantage over Raging Rush, remember than Raging Rush got changed at the same time as the two hander patch, which would have increased it's damage as well.

RR has the crit TP which made it's damage rock.

KJ doesn't have crits, but still rocks somehow, when looking at it at first I expected it to suck out loud, not put up similar numbers to RR, then I heard the weird "perhaps it ignores damage resistances" idea and started working on getting it asap.

Long time to test it though, doin nyzul later today and hopefully will be able to start a floor 1 disc this time. T.T @620/Goddamn WSes right now.

I have the Radiant Lance and I've gotten 444 out of the 5000 points needed. A friend of mine told me today that I can only get 500 points a day supposedly according to some rumor or theory mentioned elsewhere.

I'm not sure but i'm hoping swapping in the +2 stat earrings will be good enough for people to find out the mod and what not.

Conditions:

WS'd as near to 100tp as i could

weapon used was an onion knife

target mob was forest hares

sub was nin (don't have sam leveled high enough to be of use)

Well the 15% STR mod is a nice boost, but there was also the two handed buff not around back when RR was TP for DMG
