Where was the evidence of Pummel's VIT mod? All I see is people saying STR and DEX.

The thing about DEX_50% vs STR_20% DEX_30% (as mentioned on a few pages before) is that, if STR really isn't the mod, then the previous test will give no noticable improvement if the user raise its STR.

Bud beat me to getting KJ, we were playing with it yesterday outside whitegate.

Seismic Axe may offer more of a boost than Soil Gorget, his numbers with it were higher than I calculated (it SHOULD be that Mbhuj = Perdu = Seismic for 3 hit at 100%, but Seismic got a slight lead).

Then I had him do a 2hr 300% full buff War Charge. With 4 hits he did 2513 to a lollessercoli.

5 hits, Brave Grip, minuets, good food. KJ should push low 3k's to a WIDE range of targets, the definitive epeen War WS for sure.

Is that 2513 damage within range of calculated high/low values? I'd do the math, but I don't know the your STR, weapon, etc =/

His average 3 hit was 950~1200, his doubles went up to 1500 normally, and the first one he did was a 1954 with 5 hit return.

He popped a mithkabob, berserk, warcry, hasso, mighty strikes, war charge to a Lesser Coli right outside of town.

I assumed it was a 5 hit, but he posted TP return immediately, 20% ~ 4 hit return.

I figured KJ should spike up to 2800~ with good gear, 600 per hit with 2hr isn't out of the range of possibility.

Dmg 96, 77+like 60 Str, 750+ Attack.

I'll post my gear shortly but so far I have been getting consistent damage (almost 1k on birds) with a STR and DEX setup. I usually find the best mix of accuracy and STR/DEX gear leads me to STR 21 and DEX 19, with either sole or sushi pushing either number up to around 25. VIT is only at 5 for me though (Iota ring + pantin churidars) and I really can't think of a good spot to increase it further.

Here is an idea for Jkun though. Go out and test the Pantin Churidars vs the Usukane pants. IF VIT is really a mod for the weaponskill, the damage numbers should be close since you are only losing 2 STR for 2 VIT, which should cancel each other out.

I have 25 STR/24 DEX on WS and it seems to be doing a decent amount. Given I hardly merit now everything's pretty much capped and I usually just solo a ton of shit on PUP or break it out in Dynamis/Salv, giving up Att+10 and STR+3 for 2 VIT isn't very appealing. :/

Those 3/4/5hit numbers are roughly what I've been getting in nyzul, limbus, etc. It's a pretty good WS (it's no Drakesbane though =/), I think I'll use it next merit party and see how well it performs compared to RR.

I unfortunately won't be able to grab any extra vit gear today and test, but by the end of the week (and i'm sure someone will have tested it by then) I should be next in line for avalon breastplate. I'll try it out on pup for pummel before i sell it. Might end up keeping it though because it looks so nice.

You will be giving up 6 attack (or 5 if you have the Ethereal) for that extra STR and VIT though. I am also aware of losing that 10 attack but my point is that if the churidars and usukane pants do not offer a large increase in damage with some testing, then we could at least show that VIT does indeed have an effect. I'm not saying that the churidars will be omg better than Usukane but the extra accuracy can afford you to switch another accuracy item for another STR heavy item.
