lately i've been looking into builds for sam & brd, and would like to get some information on tiers in general. like for brd, at what point do you stop stacking singing/wind skill? for rdm, is it worth it stacking mnd or is there some amount of mnd above the mob that you need to reach and then just stack macc or enf.skill? also if this kind of explanation is already somewhere in the forums feel free to point me to it.
