We get December's name in the episode he appears, the one where the observer August gets killed by that girl. For The Observer I got his possible name from something I read ages ago that said in a press release synopsis he was referred to as September but it's never been said in the show so it could just be crap.

I wholeheartedly expect them to pull some shit like Peter being integrated into the Observers to take the place of the observer that died, what with Peter having been shown as capable of using their guns when no one else in the cast could. Not really sure how I'd feel about that idea, but at this point I think it's safe to say that there's really nothing too far out there for them to consider doing.

Well, I'm not really sure but I guess I should have spoilered it. He also came out dressed as an Observer for the panel but the producers insisted the panel was spoiler free.
