Fauxlivia > Olivia. She's much more upbeat and bubbly, and it's fucking hot.

Hotness aside think for a moment about Olivia.

Lets not think about the fact that Olivia is being drugged and tested and god knows what else by Massive Dynamic.
Then the Observer (Most likely September) comes to her and says "Hey, I can see all of history and all possibilities and guess what? The only way that either universe can survive is you need to be dead."
Then there is the fact that Peter is convinced he has entered a possible 3rd alternate universe. And needs to use the Machine yet again to return to what he believes is his proper place in existence.
Of course Olivia is down in the dumps. She knows bad shit is going to happen and she has no idea how to deal with it. BOlivia is blissfully ignorant and was never exposed to cortexifan and is unable to pass between planes of existence at will.

Good episode. I enjoyed the dynamic between both sides.

Prediction:

Walter will take other Astrid's advice on pretending Peter is his actual son. Peter and Walter will recalibrate the machine but it will be unable to reverse the merging. Peter will impregnate Fauxlivia after the unmerging fails and their baby will be remade. Big boss observer tries to intervene with Walter and Peter recalibrating but sees in the future that they will fail. (Last one is a stretch)

What I don't get is that they just forgot about the blue glowing object that they were told he had. They didn't even search the place.

Its a piece of Observer technology. It most likely "makes itself forgettable" not unlike the Observers themselves. Although, I do not think that Fringe folks picked up on the fact that he was using something other than his poison spray. They just chalked it all up to his magic I can see the future algorithm.

The real nina sharp has been locked up and a shapeshifter has been in her place? Same with Olivia? Lincoln and Pops gave the beatdown and locked her up? if so, why the shit is Olivia there? ow my brain

Next week's looks great, but I'm being cautious in that we aren't going to learn all about the observers and plenty more questions will arise. Still though, can't wait

I didn't get that either. I assume you are correct, and when the "queen" err father died, the connection was lost. Either way, if the series survives for another season, I would expect to see them again. I am just hopefuly we get to see what they have envisioned for the rest of this story arc cause its finally getting really good.
