Remember the yelling at reporters? Flipping off fans? Talking about people hating on him in post game interviews? He isn't disliked for unjust reasons, I mean he sucks. His own fans are turning on him as you now see.

Before last year Eli was the scapegoat of a entire city. I don't recall him on TV talking shit and telling Momma Manning. He kept saying "Ill have to work harder", Vince truly thinks he is going fine and is doing no wrong. There is a difference. Wait until that week when Aaron Rodgers has a bad game and throws a few picks, a fumble here and there and listen to the "The Pack should have kept Brett talk", wait and see how he reacts. He wont book an interview with Charles Gibson talking about shakin' haters and "dey hatin cuz in black", he will work plugging away and fixing his mistakes.

I'm calling it now, wait and see how his counterparts handle negativity compared to his route and always making a spectacle of it. Keep in mind Fischer was on the hot seat BIG TIME before Vince arrived so he owes his job to him of sorts and will ride with him until they both are gone in my opinion.

People don't like Vince Young because he was hyped up beyond belief when drafted and hasn't come close to living up to the expectations. In many people's eyes the Rose Bowl capped off an already great college career triumphantly and certified him as a sure fire star in the NFL.

People failed to realize that his style of play alone is an enormous limiting factor when transitioning to the NFL. He is not going to run over a hundred yards a game consistently and score 13 rushing TDs a year, and that is what his game was built on. He has always been a mediocre passer who got by in college because sheer atheleticism like his is often enough to do so. The NFL is a different beast.

While it sucks for him I have to reserve my sympathy for people who deserve it more. The quarterback position in the NFL is the most ciriticized, by far, the league, and he knew that going into it. If he REALLY went into the NFL thinking he could play the same he did in college and do as well then hes an idiot and anyone else who told him so is also an idiot (hello Titans).

See, I can't argue with Andarvi. That's all I was looking for.

He NEEDS to improve his passing game if he wants to transition well. McNabb was known as a runner too his first couple seasons, but then he took advantage of his beast of an arm and started posting more traditonal QB-like stats.

Do I think VY can do it? Not with that offense. But I'm still going to reserve judgement as a lot of QB's suck and throw INT's their first couple years.

Yeah, it's pretty shitty. I can't imagine performing that well my entire life, moving on and doing better than 99.9999% of the world will ever do at anything, and being called trash constantly.

Yeah. It's a shame that so many people cling to his performance in college and expect him to repeat that right away in the NFL. It happens with QBs all the time... especially the high draft picks. Some guys can take it, some can't. It does suck.
