ZNM: Rage Timers?

On either KI or Alla in threads on the same subject, it seems there have been two rage experiences, both on Tier IV mobs (one hydra, one cerb). So maybe rage only applies to the HNM mobs of the ZNMs.

How long was it before rage was reported on Cerb?

This post described Tinnin as raging after 30 minutes, while this one described Sarameya raging after 90 minutes. Considering the strength of the Tier IVs, 30 minutes sounds very harsh. But there you go.

Armed Gear is probably the main reason why SE introduced rage timer. Saw a group of 5 NA players low man Armed Gear on my way to solo Cheeseburger and a JP LS waiting for them to finish. 1hr later on my way back to runic portal, AG still @70% HP and the JP LS were forced to d2 their members.

I even offered help and the leader replied "it's an easy fight, only took us 3hr"
