My favorite game atmosphere ever, and in my opinion the best ever. Get it for sure, or wait for the PS3 version, which well have extra stuff, mostly Survivor mode which is super hard with "puzzle rooms".

GameFly it. FPS with no replayability = rent.
Get Castle Crashers. That shit is required gaming if you own a 360.
Never finished BioShock but it if you like adventure FPS's then you'll love it.
Buy it. Great game. One of the few games i actually played thru twice.
It's a definte buy, good story and gameplay.
System Shock 2 it is not, but still worth a play through one way or the other...
It's a bit easy, but might be difficult for a 360 owner.
It's fun, worth the buy (it's like $20 now, right?)
Even having never finished it, I fully support the purchasing of this game. Very interesting setting with some rather creepy parts (white "sculptures"). Skill and weapon customizations are fun too.
Aiming with a controller is easier, because every major console FPS has aim-assist built in that you can't turn off.
Not to mention the fact that shit's preference anyway.
Some people will tell you aiming with a trackball is the easiest...
It's a solid enough game, but I thought it was a tad overrated. Much like Zero Punctuation pointed out, if you're used to console FPS, it'll probably be really impressive. If you've played a lot on PC...ehhh...it's been done before, and better.
I did wind up playing through it, but I put it aside for a few months before going back to it.
BioShock is hands down worth the cash. It won game of the year for a reason.
