LOL SE is so deliciously Evil creating a product that can make people so angry to the point of constantly saying Fuck the DEV team and Fuck SE, I hate this and hate that..


yet... in the end..

your not going to quit....
and your gonna keep paying to play lol and like it!!
and no matter how angry you get and how much you hate certain things about this game many will continue to put off family and friends and RL to stare at the "maintenance screen" lol angry!... no ones really angry with SE about anything lol with so many games available to play online, 99% will stay or leave and come back.

People in game going afk for a few minutes to help a spouse or friend or feed there kids then jump on and apologize and say how much they hate SE..It's kind of scary really.
Sometimes all you need is a day or two away from the game to realize wtf? lol it's only a game? who knows you might get a piece of ass or catch a good movie or clean that room you've been inhabiting for the passed 4 years in that sweaty funky chair you sit in lol trying to get a item because your next inline lol like a job promotion.

I guess I can expect this from the 12-16 year olds that play, but the amount of grown ass people that play and act like this is staggering.

Bottom line, who cares when maintenance is or how long it takes lol it could be worse..

SE could really be EVIL... they could make us all start from lvl 1 again or even..

I wonder sometimes how many people would resume real life and enjoy there family and friends more if SE killed the servers..or how many would say @.@;;; zomg just play WoW!!

That server switch goes off it will be like a vaccine injected into a zombie.


FFXI is a GREAT game.. I play it and I love it and yah things sometimes tick me off lol but damn not to the point of "FUCK SE FFXI AHHHHHH! THE DEV TEAM TO!!" lol
Enjoy the maintenance go outside and have fun..the game will be there when you get back I promise lol.



I'm afraid of the mass hysteria that will happen the day SE says..meh this project has run its course..

Interesting, wonder if this means they traced a bunch of hackings to there (and if they're going to start banning proxy providers since that would be the next obvious step for the hijackers).

The hackings are probably from China; Koreans really don't care for this MMO from what I've seen, they like to play their own MMO instead.

I have talked to a few other South Korean players, it seems my ISP is one of few that are still working here. I have Xpeed; Internet, IP Phone, and IP TV bundle. I think a few people are already switching ISPs after I talked to them about it ^^;

No idea why they would block South Korean IPs... there can't be many RMT working here... cost of living here is way too high to be able to live on the salary of the typical RMT sweatshop worker from what I've heard of them... Although, there is a PC Bang in nearly every shopping center, and I've heard of guys spending many many hours a day there, it's possible they could have something funny going on there... I haven't dared set foot in one, hardcore Korean gamers can be scary...

Xpeed is part of LG Powercom isn't it? I want to switch ISPs only as a last resort because I think SE should lift the ban off those ISPs. What if Xpeed gets banned as well? This problem needs to stop early, but I'm tired of protesting by myself + one other person.

I think they did ninjafix the AF. I've been in xarcabard with my LS for ~1:45min and we've only seen 2 AF. Not sure if this might be bad luck, killing fewer mobs than average, moon phase, etc etc. Either way, it's not the second coming of Jesus as I was led to believe.

Edit: 2.5 hour run yielded 3 AF. We only farmed regular mobs, didn't bother with the towers. Coin drops were still relatively good, most mobs dropping 1-3 pieces. Only single bills, however.

On the subject of the maint to fix the maint that fixed the update, They've still not found everything.

"Detonator" is no longer in the auto-translate and has been replaced by "King's Justice". You can't select Detonator from the auto-translate list, and any macros you had that used to have {Detonator} now have {King's Justice}. As my Rng can't use King's Justice, it's not very beneficial.

And also, I've heard from some people who went into dynamis right after my group that they also had omgwtf dorps. Ninjafix probably didn't happen, yaaay!
