No just the lamps, we all used Blizzaga and it turns out it does half the damage of Thundaga so yeh, that didn't help then it just went pear shaped from there, if we all used Thundaga from the start it would have been ok/they would have had alot less hp to deal with, still we know for next time now

BLM got pretty much fucked by lamps with AoE terror etc. We still took out about 7lamps, but didnt had enough DPS for bringing it down

learned A LOT this go around, especially how to deal with lamps

It's almost impossible to know exactly what to do unless you do it yourself first off. I've read and read and read about this stuff but it didn't compare to that at all. Could have likely gotten final to 75% to test out something but a few fuckups and it was game over.

I expect second attempt could get to final form with an hour left. Was a little we were not prepared for but I think the experience helped a lot

The final form's nuke damage is ridiculous, like 2,000+ tier IVs going off. And the combined damage from the Lamps' -gas and TP moves is pretty much guaranteed to wipe you. Good effort, though. Too bad we didn't get to see AF.

For the record, although it may turn up having nothing to do with anything, we started on Earthsday. SE has shown to like gimmicks involving the day and whatnot with salvage.

Any comparisons to elemental nukes on the final forms' lamps from the previous attempt to determine if the last set of lamps are naturally resistant to blizzard, or if their resistance is different with each pop and that somehow is connected to the astral flowga?
