Heh, maybe it gets one astral flow per lamp. But um, yeah that sucks. Nice attempt though.

So basically you need everyone else to /logout in order to avoid getting raped by him at that point <.<; Sucky. Especially if he'll use it every 25% =/
Thanks for the info.
Talking to the moderators, not the person who deleted it.
Wait, what? What happened. I don't understand... :/ (in reference to the removed post)
I believe that the guy posted the info, then deleted it, then Sonomaa edited his message to re-add the info and game him a warning.
Ah, I thought it was a quote from somewhere else, then responded to it and then admin removed it...
Im gonna guess that he posted some helpful information but then someone told him that it was "super top secret" information and sharing that information wouldnt help the community, because people knowing mob behavior is a bad thing, amirite?
Summarised below.

So now Pandemonium shows his true form, hes got as much bite as AV in terms of the cheap aoes that are designed to rape your alliance utterly and completely..... how unique.
Not to mentioned they knocked the fight down to 2hrs eh...
Don't really know why people are secretive about mobs that are poppable. It can in no way hurt your LS by sharing your information for PW so someone could actually kill it. (Unless you plan on being jackasses and selling the drops for ridiculous prices)
it would seem like you need 2 entire alliances, one logged out to jump in immediately, one fighting. Once the fight alliance force wipes to flow, the new alliance jumps in asap, and takes it down another 25%. The former alliance pops back on, raises up, buffs and logs before it hits the next 25 then starts the cycle. I dunno, the entire idea of astral flow is just bullshit in my opinion, its a super high chance to die without really being able to stop anything. Its a giant fuck you, time to lose some exp.
Could be done but still requires a fuck-ton of people. Probably more like 45 people though, if you are fighting against the clock and something that can and will own you in seconds you will want to have people standing on the side lines waiting to replace anyone who dies.
36+ is just to much for any average sized but skilled ZNM shell and possibly small numbered HNM shells come to mind. (Nine inch Ninjas is an example, I'd love to see them take a crack out PW however.)
So aside from strategy and numbers it's exactly what you said. A giant fuck you.
Question is though, are we talking the usual bullshit insta-AF that can't be stopped regardless, or is he bringing them all out akin to lamps then AF'ing at a set HP%?
I think it is the usual bullshit insta-AF, but the post from the Apathy guy seemed to suggest once they are summoned, he will hunt down everyone on the hate list and Astral Flow them at least once, so maybe it is a combination of them.
Why do I get a sense that PW before the update was more beatable than this? :D
Probably because it definately was. Before, it wasn't an issue of fighting against a clock for the win, you could take your time to do it.... ALL your time for that day, and part of the next in fact. The only truly hard part about successfully completing a fight against PW is doing it in two hours.
-It seems it goes after anyone with any kind of hate and will keep doing that till every single one of your LS is dead.
Why would you need to have alliances log out? Can't you just take the second set of people and make them wait and watch the first alliance wipe to Astral Flow since it was stated that Astral Flow goes after anyone with hate, the standby people watching would have no hate, then RR and get back up to rinse and repeat? Or am I just missing something completely here...
I wouldn't hold your breath on him answering any questions, looks like he posted that information and subsequently got bitchslapped by Apathy leaders and told to delete it.
