Ahaha. I camped against this person and her husband at Argus.. He was wearing Smildon Mantle and Homam legs (That he just won in bonanza)..

Well, I ended up telling them how terrible their gear was, giving them advice; they responded with "I dont need HQ gear to play! Why would I spend so much time farming for HQ gear? skill > gear11!!1"

After that, they continued camping Argus for two weeks. OH THE IRONING

I don't see those gloves as being that bad, to be honest. I'd wear 'em for refresh/haste cycles, maybe save some more MP with Goliard/Seveneyes/Magnetic/&c. I'd punch 'em in the face for the rest of their gear choices, but those gloves certainly aren't the worst of the set.

I agree, the conserve mp set can be really nice. At least highlight all the other suckness they're wearing

Would have been understandable if there were just more than 1 conserve MP item, other than the hands

I'll confirm that Bob is a mule. He's passed around among several of us in my LS for a number of things, like wide scanning for Ix/Sandworm, spotting Khim/Cerb/Tia, etc. He's also a feather mule for Einherjar. He was used in that Khim fight because we lacked a second tank, more than likely (I wasn't at that one).

The guy that normally plays him is an Amano SAM with lots of other 75's and great gear. He can tank pretty good even in that garbage MP gear, lol.

Yeah that's my mule that I help hold/tank Khimaira in. I've done it several times, usually with no problems. Khimaira decided to be TP spammy today so it got a little hectic, but I still didn't die.

Want to know the funniest part? I've watched other pimped out tanks from all other linkshells die and need to zombie Khimaira a ton of times(including some Aegis PLDs), so I can't really tell who's worse, lol.

Not to mention I think you guys tanked a Fafnir with a mule PLD with like no gear on, so I'm sure you see where I'm coming from.
