The Gimp/Confused/WTF Player Thread VI: Enmity = TH9000

Don't have pictures because I was on ps2 (lolps2 limitations etc) cause my pc is in the shop >< but anyway. Yesterday I got an invite on my 41 drk, was a regular invite and not a sync. So everyone is like 41-42. Rdm doesnt have refresh with a blu tank. When I asked her why not she said it was too expensive... Anyway.

Then she melee'd the entire time and didn't cast or enfeeble, yes she was the only mage we had. I had to voke it off the blu and we'd both barely save the other's hides. About 3 fights in we kinda let her have it and her bf told us "She's not rich, lay off." when we talked about refresh scroll. Told them I'd pay for it if -anyone- could bring her a scroll and she needs to play rdm, not melee rdm. And she left taking her bf with her saying I was "too mean." and that "She's never had complaints before." Maybe it's the angst of trying to level drk, but UGH at some people.

Oh and all her gear was mage oriented, not melee oriented... go figure.

Sounds like a PLD who refused to voke cuz he would die that i partied with once

Above BRD: I am willing to bet a Light Staff is cheaper than both those shellbusters.
Above RDM: Never, ever get a party with a boyfriend and girlfriend combo. It always ends up with one being too gimp and the other sticking up for him/her and eventualy you get a kick or a party -2 members, which you can try replacing with better.

Holy shit thats pretty nit-picky. Because Ethereal is a bad free piece at 72? My guess is he has WAR/NIN/BLU/Whatever job at 75 and doesn't have a Bushi because he has a Suppa. If anything bitch about fulltiming Turban over something like Optical Hat, or not using Dusk/Swift Belt but thats pretty weak QQing about an AN earring.

Edit: Also. Wtf at posting a SAM with Ethereal Earring? There's no difference between that and the level 60ish Attack+5 earring. (Except the +5 eva opposed to -5)

I think the devs just like to give us reason to make fun of people who think that wearing 5/5 AF full time is awesome.
