I would certainly use Apollo's staff on Repose, Flash, and other Divine spells for the magic accuracy alone. I wouldn't just use Aquilo's staff for all nukes because it has Elemental Skill +10, for example, why would I use Templar for Repose? The 5 MND is easy to make up.

Apollo's for repose is pretty much common sense, i don't remember saying use mace for repose...i assumed the other spells like that would have just been common sense. but i'll break it down, Mace for healing, mythic +1 for enfeebling (if you don't have trouble landing them or under elemental seal) Apollo's for repose, banish, whatnot, Water staff dispite the +10 divine magic skill should never be thought of. the 5 MND on the mace adds slightly to your cure potency in addition to the 10% already on the mace, as any WHM that knows what they are doing knows this already, is what i meant.

Ahh, okay. Just the way your last post read was that it seemed you thought Apollo's was superfluous.

Also, for enfeebles I do the same as I do on RDM, and macro in the corresponding HQ staff.

I acttualy tried FULL MND enfeebling on RDM during a recent dynamis, every single one (even on NMs) without the staffs, but rather that MND sword (as i said, was no mythic wand at the time, so i used what i had) and muse tarque, during Dynamis Jueno i had maybe 2-3 resists the entire time, and i was tagging everything, apprently with even just merits and there A+ skill, it was acttualy quite realible, just made two diffrent macros for skill and mnd based, now to try it in xarcabard...

The crafter crit failed weskit twice in a row (CURSE YOU TSM!), but third one was the charm.

I'm just happy it was LS talons from fafnir kills, and not my pocket. >.>

I pretty much have the most expensive NQ weskit in the history of FFXI, I think.

Why wouldn't you? it's the best possible weapon for whm, healing and even MND based enfeebling (because i don't feel like using a space for a mythic wand) unless your one of those MP junkie WHMs, dryad only for starter MP (or if you aren't 71 yet to wear the mace) and Light staff is just the basic whm wep when you dont have the dryad/healing staff or mace, as for pld unless he's macroing it in for healing, yea, don't quite get that.

Templar Mace is pretty much worthless for anything that doesn't use MND. Fourth Mace/Seveneyes or Capricorn Staff are much better for buffs. Can easily get capped gear haste with a Cap Staff.
