Int and Mab, yes.

Pahluwan Seraweels and Noct+1 would be the only other decent items to use for Tping in. Pahluwan would prob be the best possible but my guess is, that they don't have the points for them.

Still then also, they arn't confused as the stats -do- help the job, and 2 r.acc isn't going to kill them esp w/ sushi and P.body, x2 B.rings, Deadeye gloves, Trailers w/e (+14 r.acc wep), the r.acc earring lv 50 etc etc.

INT has no factor on anything COR does, quick draw is affected by Gun/Bullet DMG, AGI, MAB, and (unproven) Macc

There really isn't anything wrong with his gear except the feet. He may just have the earring because of BST main, the earring is great for BST I'd think but hey I'm not a BST lol.
